Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documents and candidate data.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferred (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with job portals and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Willing to work in Bali, Indonesia.
