Key Responsibilities:
- Community intelligence gathering & sentiment tracking
a. Monitor trading forums across various channels (discord, telegram, fb groups etc) as well as offline gatherings
b. Identify recurring themes, complaints, misconceptions and competitor mentions
c. Deliver monthly sentiment reports
d. Flag reputational risks early - Relationship based community engagement
a. Actively engage in discussions in a value adding manner
b. Build relationships with community leaders and influencers
c. Represent Valbury in trading events, seminars, and meetups - Soft acquisition and trust building
a. Encourage community members to explore Valbury organically
b. Facilitate onboarding support for interested traders
c. Bridge traders with internal teams when needed - Build Valbury owned community
a. Develop and grow Valbury’s official app based community
b. Organize regular knowledge sessions or live discussions
c. Foster peer to peer discussions rather than pure promotions - Collect structured feedback on

b. Execution quality
c. Spreads & fees perception
d. Customer support responsiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Finance, or a related field (any major are welcome to apply).
- Experience in fintech, brokerage , crypto or trading ecosystem
- Solid understanding of trading products (forex, commodities, indices, crypto) and retail trader behavior.
- Understands trading terminology and retail trader psychology.
- Familiar with community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Facebook Groups.
- Ability to conduct sentiment monitoring and produce actionable insight reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Proven ability to build relationships with community leaders, KOLs, and traders.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong ownership of brand reputation.
