Responsibilities:
- Manage employee administrative processes, including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data.
- Ensure all employment documents are complete and up to date (contracts, extensions, transfers, promotions, and terminations).
- Administer payroll data preparation, employee benefits enrollment, BPJS Health & BPJS Employment processing, and ensure employee data changes are accurate and submitted on time.
- Provide responsive support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries (administration, benefits, general HR operations).
- Maintain organized and secure HR filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
- Collaborate with Social Media team to support employer branding initiatives.
- Support engagement activities such as internal events, celebrations, wellbeing programs, and other employee-related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of HR administration processes, payroll, and labor regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and proactive in developing internal activities and supporting employer branding initiatives.
