Custodian Bank

In accordance with OJK regulations, to safeguard client funds, investments in PT Valbury Capital Management mutual funds are never deposited with with Group but are rather kept by a designated bank. These banks, which are called ‘custodian banks’, are responsible for keeping and managing investors’ money in segregated bank accounts to ensure their safety.

The designated custodian bank of each PT Valbury Capital Management mutual fund is stated in the prospectus for each funds, all of which can be downloaded from our website. The Valbury Group will never ask any investor to transfer funds to any account under the Valbury name.
